This page should really be about you.
I have a feeling that if the owner of that company does not look into the future to see where he should re-point some of his advertising dollars namely the internet, the company's days are numbered. As I stated earlier I have been in the HVAC industry since 1977 and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I have seen the small companies come and go. I have seen the big companies being bought out by even bigger companies.
One of the topics of discussion that I have almost everyday with contractors is that of web sites. They all want to know how to create a presence on the internet so I decided to get back into web design and SEO. SEO (search engine optimization) is the time consuming task of getting a web site listed properly in the searches. You can have a really nice looking web site but if no one can find it, it is of no value to you. Do you agree?
I believe that sluggish overly complicated sites just drain a company of its advertising dollars. They tend to do nothing more than send your potential customer looking elsewhere. Namely for your competition's web site. I also believe that is important to know your customer. Their likes and dislikes. When I used to sit down with a husband and wife to talk about the new high energy efficient system that they needed, I always observed what was going on around me, and always started out with the topic of indoor air quality. Moms LOVE to talk about the air their babies breathe.
I could go on and on but I am not going to. The reality is this, if you are to be successful at what you do, you will have to think long and hard about how you are going to spend your future advertising and marketing dollars. If you would like additional information on me building you a web site and then optimizing it in the searches just drop me a line.
